Below are a list of documents ready to download for your convenience. They are related to different aspects of mortgaging. Currently only a number of documents are made on-line. We will soon add in more documents for your ease of access.

When applying for any loan, whether it is either a full doc, lo doc or no doc loan, please ensure to attach to your signed Application Form, copies of your:

100 point check ID (all loans)
2 most recent payslips AND 2 group certificates of Letter of Employment (full doc loans)
6 months savings history (for purchase)
copy of Contract of Sale (for purchase, if you have a property in mind)
6 months recent loan statements (for a refinance)
copy of your last paid Council Rates notice (for a refinance)
