Finding the right people is crucial to the success of Nationwide Mortgage.

At Nationwide Mortgage, we are committed to attracting, maintaining and building a highly skilled and motivated team. To assist in finding the right people for Nationwide Mortgage, our recruitment process generally involves two interviews and two formal reference checks.

The interview process allows you the opportunity to get to know Nationwide Mortgage and answer any questions you may have about the role or the organisation. The second interview will follow a similar structure to the first one and you will also be taken on a tour of the office.

Applicants selected for interviews will be contacted personally. If you are not contacted for an interview on a particular occasion we may keep your application on our confidential files for future vacancies. If you do not wish to have your details kept on file please state this in your cover letter.
